Role Overview
- Focus on transactional aspects of financial operations involving the mining sector;
- Work on contracts, M&A, debt restructuring transactions and project finance;
- Mining: regulatory and transactional matters;
Requirements
- Law degree (graduation year 2024 or 2025);
- Active OAB registration (Brazilian Bar Association);
- Advanced/Fluent English;
- Experience with M&A transactions, project finance, mining and/or restructurings;
- Plus: experience in administrative law and regulated sectors;
