Degree in progress or completed in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, or related fields
1–2 years of experience in FP&A, Controllership, Accounting, or Corporate Finance
Advanced Excel and proficiency with BI tools (Power BI)
Experience with ERP systems
Strong analytical skills
Clear and concise communication
Proactivity, autonomy, and results-oriented mindset
A plus: Experience in technology companies, SaaS, or businesses with recurring revenue models
Familiarity with agile methodologies and reporting automation tools
