Manage roughly 10–15 meetings per week and take responsibility for follow-ups so no lead is left unattended.
Plan your weekly schedule (with guidance when needed) and work toward meeting or exceeding targets.
Provide chefs with an in-situ demo of our application, showing how Saltz simplifies and secures ordering.
Use our CRM (don’t worry, we’ll train you) and other tools to log progress so the whole team can support you.
Requirements
You understand the fast-paced world of gastronomy — whether you’ve run a kitchen, managed a bar, or worked as a concierge. Career changers are welcome!
Sales internships or part-time customer-facing experience are a strong plus.
You’re energized by fieldwork, enjoy walking into kitchens, and building face-to-face relationships with chefs and managers.
Very good spoken and written German and English skills.
You’re comfortable leading conversations: you listen, solve problems, and confidently close deals.
Bonus: fluency in additional languages besides German or English.
