Managing the verification process for all healthcare professionals (physicians, dentists, nursing, allied health)
Reviewing applications for completion and verifying state licensure
Collecting information from various data banks and state licensing activities
Providing direct supervision to the support staff in administering all aspects of processing applications
Implementing ARNG-CSG policies and standards to ensure compliance
Working with applicants and ARNG-CSG staff to enhance credentialing functions
Compiling documents and building credential review files
Generating and emailing notification letters of credentialing results to applicants
Data entry into CCQAS as the official system of record

Five plus years of experience in medical credentialing
Overall knowledge of the credentialing and privileging process
Three plus years of credentialing experience with the DoD utilizing CCQAS/ JCCQAS
Two plus years of training experience to include classroom, webinars, and self-paced online
Certification from National Association of Medical Staff Services (NAMSS) as a Certified Provider Credentialing Specialist (CPCS) (preferred)
Must have ability to interface with all levels of military medical staff
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Skills with use of MS Office, i.e., Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Organization skills and ability to be detail-oriented and accurate in work produced
Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare, or related field preferred.
