Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office;
Experience executing company incorporations, contractual amendments and company closures;
Basic communication skills and ability to file processes with public agencies;
Basic knowledge of legislation and regulatory requirements;
Knowledge in preparing corporate documents (minutes, bylaws, articles of association/charters);
Basic skills in task and organization management (ClickUp, Trello);
Experience in customer service;
Analytical skills for legalization processes;
Basic skills in tax regularization/compliance;
Currently pursuing a degree in Accounting, Law, Business Administration or related fields.
