Help identify property owners, neighborhoods, or target groups that may be a fit for renovation services.
Build simple prospecting lists for outreach efforts.
Make outbound calls to prospective leads.
Introduce the company’s renovation services and attempt to generate interest.
Help move promising prospects toward a phone call or meeting with the client.
Schedule appointments or consultation calls with qualified prospects.
Maintain organized notes on outreach activity and responses.
Assist with basic follow-up efforts to keep prospects moving.
Help organize and track who has been contacted and what next steps are needed.

Experience in lead generation, prospecting, or outbound calling
Experience in construction, renovations, or similar service businesses is a plus
Strong verbal English communication skills
Able to research leads and maintain organized tracking
Comfortable setting appointments and supporting follow-up efforts
