About this role
Role Overview
Support the Proof of Concept (POC) and global deployment of AI-driven workflow tools across the existing GTM tech stack.
Provide project management support for high-priority GTM initiatives and ensure AI tools are trained to support the adoption core messaging and methodology frameworks.
Lead the consolidation and refinement of the "Gem" library to enhance the quality and accessibility for sales teams.
Conduct interviews with early adopters and super-users to extract, document, and scale winning AI sales strategies.
Gather and analyze KPI data—including adoption, conversion rates, and deal velocity—to measure the tangible impact of AI adoption on the sales cycle.
Requirements
Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.
Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and a strong understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) or AI productivity tools.
Ability to interpret complex data sets and translate them into actionable business insights.
