About this role
Role Overview
- Develop detailed design specifications, create and review code and assess impact on other applications using the ServiceNow Platform
- Work closely with other team members to ensure consistency in coding standards and compliance with governance policies
- Develop and codes programs to integrate multiple subsystems
- Plan, schedule, and coordinate project design and implementation teams
- Lead technical aspects of enhancement backlog items from inception through to deployment
Requirements
- At least 5 years of hands-on technical working experience as a ServiceNow Developer
- Certification: Certified ServiceNow System Administrator
- Understanding of Applications Portfolio Management, Integration Hub and other integrations on the NOW Platform
- Strong understanding of Agile Scrum, DevOps and ITIL 4
- High level ability to problem-solve and troubleshoot issues.
