Support the daily operations of our online retail business with a primary focus on Amazon marketplace management.
Maintain product listings, optimize content for search visibility, monitor sales performance, and ensure inventory accuracy.
Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to drive performance across all ecommerce platforms.
Analyze marketplace trends, respond to customer queries, and assist with promotional campaigns and reporting.
Monitor and update product listings to ensure accuracy and compliance with Amazon’s policies.
Conduct keyword research to improve product discoverability and search ranking.
Write and edit compelling product titles, features, benefits, and descriptions.
Coordinate with warehouse and logistics partners to ensure accurate stock levels on Amazon.
Process orders and returns, address fulfillment issues promptly.
Assist in setting up and managing Amazon PPC campaigns.
Support the execution of seasonal promotions, including Lightning Deals and coupons.
Respond to customer inquiries and reviews to maintain positive seller ratings.
Compile sales, traffic, and advertising performance data to inform strategy.
Upload new SKUs and variations, ensuring images and content meet Amazon’s requirements.
Collaborate with the creative team to update product imagery and visual assets.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Ecommerce, or a related field.
Strong understanding of Amazon FBA/FBM and related tools.
Experience managing and optimizing Amazon product listings.
Proficiency with keyword research and SEO best practices for ecommerce.
Basic knowledge of Amazon advertising (PPC) platforms and strategies.
Ability to analyze data and present insights using Excel or similar tools.
Familiarity with ecommerce platforms such as Shopify, Home Depot, or Lowes is a plus.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Prior experience in ecommerce or online retail environment (1-2 years preferred).
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced setting.
