This role works cross-functionally with stakeholders to document current workflows, identify gaps, and implement process improvements supported by data analysis and technology solutions.
Requirements
Associate’s degree in computer science, Business Administration, or Information Systems
Experience in the analysis of database hardware, and software to identify inefficiencies and risks.
Technical knowledge of current programming languages (i.e. RESTful APIs and web services
Knowledge of network and PC operating systems
Experience with Excel and Power BI
Experience with Smartsheets, (project management software) or similar programs, and importing data in report software
Experience with developing standard operating procedures (SOPs)
Must have a current Homeland Security Background Clearance OR be able to obtain a Homeland Security Background Clearance within ninety (90) days of hire.
Must have a current Level 1 Arizona Clearance Card OR be able to obtain the Level 1 Arizona Clearance Card within ninety (90) days of hire
May be required to obtain an AZ State Driver, Operator Certification, and other various certifications depending on assignment.
The candidate must have a car, as this position requires travel between location and the transportation of equipment
A valid driver’s license and proof of vehicle insurance will be required
