Requirements
- 12+ years of full-stack engineering experience
- Has operated at Staff level or above
- Thinks in systems
- AI-native at scale
- Has made engineers around them significantly better
- Comfortable operating in the white space
- Strong product and business mindset
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience in high-growth startup, architectural decision making, mentoring leads, and owning migrations
