Maintain and update the firm’s Webflow website, including landing pages, content updates, and technical fixes
Optimize on-page SEO elements such as meta tags, headings, internal linking, and site structure
Implement and refine schema markup and structured data to improve both traditional SEO and AI search visibility
Support Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) by structuring content for AI-driven search, including clear hierarchy, semantic relevance, and extractable answers
Monitor website performance using tools such as Google Search Console and GA4
Identify technical, structural, and content-related SEO opportunities and recommend actionable improvements
Conduct regular site audits to ensure optimal performance, speed, indexing, and crawlability
Collaborate with the marketing team to align website content with campaign goals and search intent
Stay current with SEO best practices, algorithm updates, and evolving AI search trends
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with Webflow, including site structure, CMS, and responsive design (required)
Solid understanding of SEO fundamentals, including technical and on-page optimization
Familiarity with Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) or experience structuring content for AI-driven search is strongly preferred
Experience with tools such as Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs, or SEMrush
Familiarity with schema markup and structured data implementation
Understanding of content hierarchy, semantic structuring, and search intent
Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable improvements
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently in a remote environment
Experience working with international or remote teams is a plus
