Role Overview
- Structuring and formalizing IT Governance processes, including policies, standards and procedures
- Supporting the implementation and evolution of management practices (ITIL, COBIT or similar)
- Organizing and monitoring IT area indicators, SLAs and KPIs
- Supporting demand management, prioritization and governance of the project portfolio
- Supporting vendor and IT contract governance
- Participating in continuous improvement initiatives and efforts to increase process maturity
- Supporting documentation and standardization of workflows and internal controls
Requirements
- Proven experience in IT Governance
- Experience structuring and formalizing processes, policies and procedures
- Experience with governance and management frameworks (ITIL, COBIT or similar)
- Experience defining and monitoring indicators, SLAs and KPIs
- Experience in demand management and project portfolio governance
- Experience managing vendors and IT contracts
- Analytical skills, organization and a structured process-oriented mindset
- Excellent communication and ability to engage with stakeholders at different levels of the organization
