Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or related area and 4 years’ experience in software engineering or related area
6 years’ experience in software engineering or related area
Extensive hands-on experience designing and building large-scale, distributed backend systems, preferably using Java and related technologies
Proven track record of technical leadership, including mentoring engineers, driving architectural decisions, and influencing engineering best practices
Deep understanding of software engineering principles, data structures, algorithms, and system design, with exposure to cloud platforms and CI/CD pipelines
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (such as product, DevOps, and QA) to deliver complex projects in a fast-paced environment
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze, troubleshoot, and optimize mission-critical applications for performance, reliability, and security.
