Works closely with customers, business analysts, and team members to understand business requirements that drive the analysis and design of high quality technical solutions
Accountable for strategic and operational end-result deliverables through guiding, innovating, managing, planning and coordinating architecture activities
Maps the relations between information systems components and business functions and objectives
Provides recommendations toward the component and data architecture design, performance monitoring, and product evaluation
Develops and maintains an overarching systems and technology model for a significant portion of the company’s IT infrastructure
Evaluates the total cost of ownership and return on investment on various architectural alternatives
Expert lead in the full systems lifecycle of multiple high level solutions, and is responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting applications software that is delivered on time, within budget, and in alignment with business objectives
Innovates, influences and facilitates agile methodology among the team; fostering an atmosphere of teamwork
Effectively coaching team (Scrum teams) and providing guidance and support

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or another related field OR equivalent work experience
15+ years of experience
Application architecture and development experience in the technologies used by the company
Demonstrates expertise in more than one skill and/or discipline
Extensive experience and a solid understanding of design, development, quality assurance and integration methodologies in an agile environment
