Responsible for the administration, optimization, and ongoing support of the organization’s Workday HCM platform.
Partners closely with HR functional teams, IT, and external vendors to ensure Workday is configured and utilized effectively to support business processes, data integrity, compliance, and a positive end-user experience.
Analyzes system needs, implements enhancements, supports Workday-related projects and integrations, develops documentation, and delivers training to end users.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
Minimum of two (2) years of experience working with HR systems and applications, including hands-on experience with Workday.
Experience with HCM functionality, configuration, workflows, and role-based security.
Working knowledge of HR practices, processes, and data privacy requirements.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
