3–5+ years of experience in a BI Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar role
Strong experience with SQL and working with structured datasets
Experience building dashboards in tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker
Experience supporting both reporting and data quality/governance efforts
Strong attention to detail, especially around data accuracy and consistency
Ability to connect data to business context and outcomes
Comfortable identifying issues in data and proactively driving improvements
Strong data storytelling and visualization skills
Collaborative mindset with the ability to work across business and technical teams
