Role Overview
- Lead the overall ServiceNow platform architecture
- Own the ServiceNow roadmap
- Define and enforce governance standards
- Evaluate new releases, plugins, and features
- Act as the technical lead across key ServiceNow modules
- Optimize asset lifecycle processes
- Architect and deliver end‑to‑end solutions
- Perform hands‑on development
- Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders
- Oversee instance strategy and configuration management
- Conduct code reviews
Requirements
- Strong hands‑on expertise across modules
- Deep understanding of ITIL and integration patterns
- Advanced ServiceNow certifications highly preferred
- Preferred certifications: CSA, CIS (EA/ITSM/ITOM/ITAM), CAD; CTA is a plus
- Cloud certification (AWS, Azure or GCP) preferred
