Monitoring, investigating and triaging security alerts and incidents across our global environment
Performing initial analysis and escalation of security events, supporting broader incident response efforts
Working with security platforms to maintain visibility of threats
Assisting in improving operational security processes, including identifying opportunities for automation.
Supporting the ongoing effectiveness of security controls, tooling, and configurations
Leveraging AI Platforms for leading players in this space to supercharge our defence and response processes.
Collaborating closely with Security, IT, AI, Development, and regional Product teams across multiple regions.

3 years of experience in IT, cybersecurity, or a related technical role (e.g. SOC Analyst, Helpdesk / IT Support with security exposure, or similar)
Exposure to security tooling (e.g. EDR)
Experience triaging alerts, investigating issues, or supporting incident response
A basic understanding of networking, operating systems, and/or cloud environments (AWS/Azure)
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
The ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and effectively
An interest in AI capabilities from an attack and defence perspective.
Experience working in a SOC or security operations environment (preferred)
Exposure to scripting or automation (preferred)
Security certifications (e.g. Security+) (preferred)
