Requirements
- 0-1 year experience in customer service or technical support role
- Flexible to work in Voice and Chat Process
- Willing to work in Night Shifts / Rotational Shifts/ Weekends
- Willingness to Work from Office as per Hybrid Work Model
- Windows 10 troubleshooting
- Excellent communication skills
