Safeguards the company’s business integrity and minimizes operational risks
Leads the inspection team to conduct audits, investigations, and compliance checks
Ensures inspection processes are effective, transparent, and continuously improved
Delivers actionable insights and recommendations to management
Manages both in-house and third-party inspection resources
Organizes and delivers monthly inspection reports and drives follow-up actions
Oversees third-party project management and develops outsourced inspection plans

Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Finance, Audit, Law, or related fields
8+ years in inspection, audit, anti-fraud, or related fields
Proven team management experience; third-party project management experience preferred
Familiarity with channel management, sales commission/KPI audit, and new business models (e.g., O2O/EC)
FMCG industry experience preferred.
