Require root‑cause analysis and corrective action plans when performance deviates from defined standards
Lead the enterprise performance governance rhythm, ensuring discussions are exception‑based, outcome‑focused, and action‑oriented
Partner with executive leaders to prioritize attention on material risks and performance gaps requiring intervention
Requirements
Demonstrated experience providing enterprise‑level performance leadership in complex, scaled organizations
Proven track record of defining and enforcing non‑negotiable performance standards, frameworks, or governance models at scale
Experience designing or operating early‑warning mechanisms that surface performance, operational, or financial risk before outcomes are compromised
Demonstrated success driving corrective action and accountability when performance deviates, including requiring root‑cause analysis and ensuring interventions result in sustained improvement
Executive‑level credibility with the confidence and judgment to challenge senior leaders, influence decision‑making, and operate effectively with CFO and executive sponsorship
Experience supporting transformation, integration, or acquisition activity, including establishing performance governance and embedding disciplined performance management post‑integration
