Oversee and lead both Frontend and Backend engineering teams, ensuring effective collaboration and high-quality output
Monitor and maintain system reliability, performance and security, proactively identifying and addressing potential risks
Conduct regular check-ins and 1:1 meetings with engineering team members to support performance, engagement and development
Support the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of internal systems, processes, and policies
Align squad-level goals with broader Engineering objectives to ensure consistency and strategic impact
Provide hands-on support in debugging complex code issues and resolving architectural challenges
Lead the technical design and architecture of scalable and maintainable solutions
Collaborate closely with Product, QA teams and other stakeholders to deliver high quality solutions that meet customer needs

Excellent English communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional and global teams
Minimum of 2 years of experience leading and managing engineering teams
Hand-on experience with Ruby, Python or equivalent
Hand-on experience with Agile development methodologies
Experience working with Docker
Proven experience in technical project planning, execution, and delivery
Demonstrated experience in mentoring, coaching, and developing engineering talent
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent project management, organizational, and time management abilities
