Creole, English Bilingual Interpreter

Role Overview

• Provide consecutive interpretation services Over-The-Phone remotely
• Provide Video Remote Interpreting (VRI) services
• Deliver superior consecutive interpretations as a fantastic advocate for clients
• Assist clients in real-time without being physically present

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
• Work from Home experience Required
• Professional proficiency (speaking, listening, and reading) in English and French at an above average level
• Ability to pass a language assessment
• Bilingual customer service experience Required
• Required work tools to Work from Home: a quiet, private space, a Windows or Mac computer (8GB RAM or higher), broadband (high-speed Internet connection), and a functioning webcam.
