About this role
Role Overview
Develop and execute a Territory plan
Manage end-to-end commercial relationships
Build trust and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
Monitor and report on commercial performance
Lead installation and configuration of Sim&Cure products
Provide on-site and remote support
Collaborate with healthcare IT teams
Analyze customer needs and propose tailored solutions
Collaborate with Marketing and Training & Education teams to deliver hands-on trainings
Requirements
5+ years experience in Medical Device or Health Tech Sales/Commercial Experience
Proven experience in medical device sales, particularly in interventional neuroradiology, neurosurgery, or endovascular specialties
Account management and territory planning experience
Direct experience with RFPs, tenders, and contract negotiations
Hands-on experience with technical product deployments in a clinical setting
Experience supporting product installations, troubleshooting, and working with hospital IT teams
Strong understanding of clinical workflows, especially in the angiography suite or cath lab
Experience supporting or managing industry (B2B) relationships – especially with medtech manufacturers or distributors
Background in coordinating trainings, events, and educational programs
Bachelor's degree (Biology, Biomedical Engineering, Nursing, Business, or similar) required
