Lead and coach a team of engineers to deliver high quality software products and platforms.
Partner with Product and Design in a trio leadership model to shape priorities and delivery.
Ensure reliability, observability, and security are built into solutions from day one.
Drive modern engineering practices across the SDLC— CI/CD, cloud native development, testing automation, deployment safety, and operational readiness.
Foster a culture of innovation, curiosity, and continuous improvement—lifting the bar on engineering craft.
Balance delivery outcomes with sustainable engineering: manage trade-offs across speed, quality, and risk, and guide pragmatic modernisation.

Proven experience leading engineering teams delivering customer facing platforms in complex environments.
A strong technical foundation in modern software engineering (cloud, APIs, DevOps) and the ability to lead with credibility.
Demonstrated ability to coach and mentor engineers, supporting growth and performance.
Experience embedding modern engineering practices—CI/CD, automation, observability, reliability, and secure engineering, into day to day delivery.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to align diverse partners around outcomes.
Exposure to AI enabled coding, intelligent orchestration, or agent based architectures is highly regarded.
