Role Overview
Respond promptly to intake inquiries via phone, email, and other channels.
Collect, verify, and process client information including assessments, insurance details, and referrals.
Schedule initial evaluations and coordinate with clinical staff.
Maintain accurate intake records and update client management systems.
Provide clear guidance and support to families throughout the intake process with empathy and professionalism.
Collaborate with billing, clinical, and administrative teams to facilitate service delivery.
Requirements
Previous experience in ABA therapy intake or healthcare administration preferred.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Proficient with CRM, EHR, and scheduling software.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment during US business hours.
Detail-oriented with a compassionate and patient approach to client interactions.
Reliable internet connection and a suitable home office setup.
