Role Overview
- Support the successful deployment and ongoing operations of Electronic Health Record systems
- Provide user role alignment, data management, and provisioning support
- Work closely with project leadership, site liaisons, and URACs to ensure accurate role mapping
- Track and resolve role mapping issues and maintain URA data integrity
- Support onboarding and training efforts
- Document challenges and lessons learned during go-live and post-deployment activities
- Provide timely responses to requests for user data auditing and URAC inquiries
Requirements
- 4+ years of professional work experience
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Science, Computer Engineering or related scientific, technical, or clinical discipline is required
- Experience implementing Electronic Health Records
- Must possess knowledge of data sources related to monitoring, characterization, analysis and modeling
- Department of Veterans Affairs experience preferred
- Ability to work both independently and under supervision
