You’ll be out in the field, visiting restaurants and kitchens. Your mission is to introduce chefs and owners to a marketplace that actually makes their lives easier
You’ll manage about 10–15 meetings a week and you’ll be responsible for following up and making sure no one is left hanging
You will plan your weekly schedule (with guidance when needed) and work towards hitting or exceeding targets
You’ll show chefs a demo of our application, in their own environment, demonstrating how Saltz makes ordering simple and reliable
You’ll use our CRM (we’ll teach you) and other tools to keep notes on your progress so the whole team can support you
Requirements
Whether you’ve run a kitchen, managed a bar, or worked as a concierge, you understand the fast-paced world of gastronomy. Career changers are welcome. If you’ve done sales internships or part-time customer-facing roles, that’s a big plus
You’re energized by being out in the field, visiting kitchens, and building face-to-face relationships with chefs and managers
Fluent German (minimum C1) and English (minimum B1) are required
Based in Munich is required
You’re comfortable leading conversations: you know how to listen, solve problems, and confidently close deals
