You will be providing operational management; accountable for the growth, development and delivery performance in assigned area, supporting the development of the strategy and delivering the local business plan.
Accountable for HSSEA, technical and financial performance, assuming budgetary and P&L responsibility, achieving monthly and annual targets, demonstrating clear safety and ethical leadership and embedding company values.
Responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable laws and policies.
Directs and leads operational delivery and support team(s) to deliver services to customers, ensuring Wood is working to the highest possible standards of integrity, safety, quality and operational excellence.
Requirements
Degree qualification in Engineering, Scientific Discipline, or related technical field OR degree qualified in a commercial/business discipline with significant experience in a technical organisation
Track record of successful operational delivery within relevant industry sector
Broad understanding of the industry and networking capability
Experience of customer facing communication
Strong relevant technical expertise or commercial/business leadership of a technical organisation
Understanding of management systems
Knowledge of current QHSE and other legislation as applicable in the industry
Team building skills – motivating people, proactively enabling cross functional best practice
Ability to lead change programmes
