Role Overview
- Perform the following activities in the context of system development, redesign, or enhancement
- The functional analyst must be able to query SQL databases
- Analyze the functional requirements of business line stakeholders
- Define, propose, and document functional solutions
- Document and execute functional and integrated testing
- Support business line stakeholders during acceptance testing
- Collaborate closely with support teams
- Monitor production activities
- Analyze complex issues raised during testing or in production
- Contribute to defining application performance criteria and architecture
Requirements
- Minimum five (5) years of IT experience in development OR maintenance OR system evolution
- At least three (3) years in the role of a functional analyst
- As a functional analyst, have completed at least one (1) assignment with a scope of at least 220 person-days in a development OR maintenance OR system evolution context
