Provide technical and consultative support on complex technical matters.
Analyze, design, and develop systems based upon user specifications.
Manage and resolve issues against ServiceNow applications.
Advise internal teams regarding process and technology inefficiencies within the platform.
Perform routine maintenance to include performance monitoring and error identification/remediation.
Provide training and knowledge across the platform to internal teams and external business partners.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree or 4+ additional years of equivalent experience.
5+ years of ServiceNow platform engineering or related technical experience.
Configuration and modification of the ServiceNow platform in areas such as IT Service Management (ITSM), Customer Service Management (CSM), Intelligent Apps, and more.
Familiarity with the User Experience Tools, Service Intelligence, and Service Experiences.
Knowledge and Experience working with Web Services, REST, JSONv2.
