BAU processing and client support, including issuing and cancelling Gilt Stocks, processing sales and purchases, managing Special Operations, preparing scheduled payments, and handling tax enquiries and reissues
Operational correspondence and relationship management, responding to a wide range of security holder enquiries and preparing updates for HM Treasury and other stakeholders
Corporate actions and reconciliations, supporting payment processes and assisting with activities such as the 6 monthly Payover cycle
Work allocation and team support, prioritising daily tasks, maintaining shared work queues, and contributing to continuous improvement and upskilling across the team
Requirements
Strong attention to detail, demonstrated clearly on your CV
Confident use of Microsoft 365, including basic Excel skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a small team
Flexibility and comfort adapting to shifting priorities
Clear and confident communication skills across phone, email and written formats
Proactive, reliable approach with a willingness to learn and take on new tasks
