Analyze product requirements and specifications to develop a comprehensive test strategy and detailed test plans
Lead the team in functional testing, performance testing, compatibility testing, security testing and stress testing
Identify weaknesses in existing products and derive targeted optimization measures
Coordinate resolution of compatibility issues between fixed-line devices and German network operators
Foster the development of your team members through targeted coaching
Work closely with development, product management and project management teams
Continuously improve test processes and quality standards
Stay up to date on test technologies and industry standards

Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or a related field
Proven experience testing fixed-line technologies (DSL/GPON) and prior experience leading projects independently
Minimum of 8 years’ experience testing network devices — particularly routers — including at least 3 years in a leadership or project management role
Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, VoIP, multicast and Wi‑Fi protocols, and a solid technical understanding of network testing
Proficient with common network test tools such as network analyzers, traffic generators and protocol analyzers
Clear and effective communicator, experienced in cross-functional work and confident team leadership in an international environment
Demonstrated success in optimizing test processes and sustainably improving product quality
Business-fluent German and English
