Lead, coach and develop a growing sales team — with significant autonomy.
Expand our network with major media agencies while simultaneously strengthening direct client business.
Negotiate on equal footing — whether with media decision-makers, CMOs or HR leaders.
Stay close to the market: you regularly participate in client meetings, events and pitches.
Work closely with Marketing, Product and Data to develop data-driven campaign solutions that deliver real impact.
Requirements
Several years of experience in digital media sales, with a strong background in programmatic and IO (Insertion Order) advertising.
A solid network within the agency landscape and experience in direct client business.
Sales leadership experience — ideally with responsibility for other managers.
Hands-on mentality: you don’t just lead, you sell yourself.
Enjoy engaging in face-to-face client meetings and building long-term relationships.
Entrepreneurial thinking, strong communication skills and a genuine interest in digital education.
Excellent German and English language skills.
