Systems Engineer

Role Overview

• The Systems Engineer plays a critical role in the design, implementation, and ongoing support of enterprise infrastructure systems.
• Responsible for maintaining and optimizing server environments, supporting network infrastructure, and ensuring system performance, reliability, and security.
• Partners closely with IT teams to support day-to-day operations, troubleshoot complex issues, and implement new technologies that enhance organizational capabilities.
• Provides escalation support to the help desk and participates in on-call rotations to ensure system uptime and continuity.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience supporting enterprise systems and infrastructure environments
• Strong technical knowledge of server operating systems and networking fundamentals
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Equivalent combination of education and experience (typically 5+ years in systems engineering or administration)
