The Systems Engineer plays a critical role in the design, implementation, and ongoing support of enterprise infrastructure systems.
Responsible for maintaining and optimizing server environments, supporting network infrastructure, and ensuring system performance, reliability, and security.
Partners closely with IT teams to support day-to-day operations, troubleshoot complex issues, and implement new technologies that enhance organizational capabilities.
Provides escalation support to the help desk and participates in on-call rotations to ensure system uptime and continuity.
Requirements
Demonstrated experience supporting enterprise systems and infrastructure environments
Strong technical knowledge of server operating systems and networking fundamentals
Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Equivalent combination of education and experience (typically 5+ years in systems engineering or administration)
