Configure and customize Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, and automation (Flows, Approval Processes, Validation Rules, etc.).
Develop custom Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce pages, and API integrations.
Perform data imports/exports, deduplication, validation, and create actionable reports and dashboards.
Troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce issues, monitor system health, and proactively suggest improvements.
Maintain clear documentation for configurations, customizations, and integrations.
Collaborate with internal teams and clients to define requirements, explain solutions, and provide training.
Stay current on Salesforce releases and recommend enhancements to improve client environments.

Proven experience as both a Salesforce Administrator and Developer.
Proven skills in Salesforce declarative tools and development.
Strong problem-solving and debugging abilities.
Excellent communication skills in English.
Ability to work independently and manage tasks within deadlines.
Nice to Have Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Platform App Builder, Platform Developer I or higher).
Experience developing or working with AppExchange applications.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira.
