Facilitates and delivers technical training; assessment, preparation, delivery and evaluation to meet the technical training needs of the organization.
Configures, supports and maintains Epic Training applications to meet the needs of the organization.
Builds in and understands the Electronic Health Record (EHR) (Epic) in order to competently develop training curriculum, resources, and facilitate training delivery.
Analyzes training data, reviews training feedback, and assessment data to determine curriculum modifications that ensure training success.
Solves complex problems based on the analysis of multiple sources of information.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree, or equivalent years of experience and education
Three years' experience
Epic certification or accreditation in one or more modules
Knowledgeable of system standard workflows.
Familiarity with training platforms and authoring tools (LMS, SharePoint, MS Teams, Articulate, Camtasia, Captivate, etc.).
