Role Overview
- Standardize and operationalize monitoring platforms and associated processes
- Define, formalize, and document monitoring standards and best practices
- Implement automation tools and scripts (Ansible, Shell, Python)
- Contribute to the evolution of monitoring tools (Zabbix, AppDynamics)
- Design and improve log collection and analysis systems (Elasticsearch)
- Provide methodological support and guidance to teams using the platforms
- Manage support activities (ticketing, prioritization, incident tracking)
- Ensure monitoring tools remain operational
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in demanding systems administration environments
- Proven expertise with Zabbix (mandatory)
- Linux environment (proficient) and Windows (basic knowledge)
- Automation: Ansible, Shell, Python
- Application monitoring: AppDynamics
- Log management: Elasticsearch
- Performance testing: NeoLoad, JMeter
- Experience working in Agile/DevOps environments
