Role Overview
- Manage and negotiate daily communications with agencies, ad networks, and DSPs
- Identify and recruit new partners
- Optimize partner performance by monitoring traffic
- Ensure traffic quality through daily checks and optimizations
- Analyze data to drive informed decision-making
- Identify growth opportunities by testing and analyzing new marketing ideas
- Collaborate on performance strategy
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in mobile app affiliate marketing or performance marketing
- Proven track record in acquiring and scaling affiliate traffic for mobile applications
- Experience managing affiliate networks, agencies, DSPs, and direct publishers
- Strong analytical skills with understanding of CPA, ROAS, and CR
- Proficiency in mobile attribution, tracking, and analytics platforms (e.g., AppsFlyer, Adjust)
- Knowledge of digital marketing disciplines (CRO, ASO, Paid, Social Media)
- Exceptional negotiation skills
- Proactive and adaptable
- Fluency in English
