Requirements
Proven SaaS Marketing Leadership: You've held a senior marketing leadership role at a B2B SaaS company — ideally scaled from early stage to significant ARR.
Global Go-to-Market Execution: You've launched products in multiple international markets. You understand the nuances of multi-market rollouts — localization, channel selection, partner ecosystems, regional demand dynamics.
Sales-Driven Marketing Mindset: You are accountable to pipeline and revenue, not impressions and MQLs. You have direct experience working with sales teams, running ABM programs, and being measured on closed revenue.
AI Affinity & Product Fluency: You genuinely understand AI products — not as a buzzword, but as a product category with specific buyer psychology, technical complexity, and trust dynamics. You use AI tools in your own workflow and can speak credibly about the technology.
Executive Presence & Stakeholder Impact: You can represent neoBIM at industry events, in investor conversations, and in front of enterprise C-suites. You're a builder and a communicator — equally comfortable in a strategy session and on a stage.
Founder-Level Ownership: Beyond the resume: we're looking for someone with the drive and ownership mindset of a co-founder. You move fast, make decisions with incomplete information, and take full accountability for outcomes.
