Role Overview
Lead and deliver complex, high-profile projects from the ground up — ensuring each one is set up for success.
Partner with Senior Responsible Owners (SROs) to deliver outcomes that are on time, on budget, and aligned to our strategic objectives.
Build strong governance frameworks, manage risks, and keep projects on track with confidence and clarity.
Bring stakeholders and suppliers together, coordinating activity across teams and navigating key dependencies.
Requirements
Proven experience delivering significant or multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and influencing skills, able to build trust and credibility across a large, diverse organisation.
Strong knowledge of project management approaches (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid) and experience supporting business change.
The ability to manage budgets, resources, and risks while always keeping sight of value for money and quality outcomes.
