Promote and support leadership development through experiences, management practices, coaching conversations and the structuring and follow-up of Individual Development Plans (IDPs).
Lead the succession mapping process, supporting management in monitoring the execution of succession planning and preparing future leaders.
Analyze people management metrics (organizational climate, engagement, performance, turnover, diversity, among others) and support leaders in developing and monitoring action plans.
Implement and monitor people management processes in the local context, focusing on organizational climate, engagement and high performance.
Act as guardian of organizational culture, people policies and processes, ensuring coherence, consistency and strategic alignment.
Be the connecting link between the business and HR specialist areas, feeding back demands, aligning solutions and ensuring effective implementation of strategies.
Promote innovation, diversity, inclusion and ESG practices, contributing to the long-term sustainability of the business.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources or related fields.
Proven experience as an HRBP or in strategic Human Resources roles.
Strong ability to read context, prioritize and act strategically with leadership.
Experience in leadership development, succession, performance management and organizational climate.
Analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Influencing skills, executive communication, active listening and relationship-building.
Consultative, ethical and collaborative mindset, focused on generating value for the business.
