About this role
Role Overview
- Define and evolve strategies for the use of Generative AI and LLMs;
- Work on customization and optimization of models according to project context;
- Structure and prepare data for model training and continuous improvement;
- Conduct analyses and comparative evaluations across different AI approaches;
- Ensure the quality of outputs, considering consistency, context adherence, and reduction of failures;
- Monitor and analyze performance and efficiency metrics of the solutions;
- Support the definition of the most suitable AI architecture based on data and results;
- Interact with technical and business stakeholders, ensuring alignment and clear direction.
Requirements
- Experience with Generative AI and language models (LLMs);
- Experience with NLP (Natural Language Processing);
- Experience in developing, evaluating, and optimizing models;
- Knowledge of modern AI architectures (e.g., RAG, agents, fine-tuning);
- Experience with AWS cloud services;
- Experience with Python and data/AI tooling;
- Strong analytical skills and strategic vision;
- Good communication skills and the ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
