Travels to customer sites to evaluate, diagnose, and repair customer’s equipment including install, repair, and perform preventative maintenance.
Interacts with all levels of people, both inside and outside the company.
Develops and conducts training on the safe operations of the equipment.
Performs Preventative Maintenance inspections of customers batteries, chargers, battery handling equipment, and battery changing/charging area and records data.
Diagnoses and repairs battery charging equipment.
Requirements
One to two years’ industry related experience; or equivalent combination of technical education and industry experience.
Read and write, analyzes, and interprets general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, and governmental regulations.
Must complete Enersys Canada Inc. Service Representative Training Course within 6 to 12 months.
Must complete forklift training.
Must have a valid driver’s license and a safe driving record.
Must be at least 18 years of age to drive a company vehicle.
