About this role
Role Overview
- Travels to customer sites to evaluate, diagnose, and repair customer’s equipment including install, repair, and perform preventative maintenance.
- Interacts with all levels of people, both inside and outside the company.
- Develops and conducts training on the safe operations of the equipment.
- Performs Preventative Maintenance inspections of customers batteries, chargers, battery handling equipment, and battery changing/charging area and records data.
- Diagnoses and repairs battery charging equipment.
Requirements
- One to two years’ industry related experience; or equivalent combination of technical education and industry experience.
- Read and write, analyzes, and interprets general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, and governmental regulations.
- Must complete Enersys Canada Inc. Service Representative Training Course within 6 to 12 months.
- Must complete forklift training.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and a safe driving record.
- Must be at least 18 years of age to drive a company vehicle.
