Contribute to the accelerated deployment of a data governance program across the Group Functions Segment.
Partner and build trusted, productive relationships with Global and Regional Data Office, Advanced Analytics Team, Data Owners, Data Stewards and Custodians.
Support DEG Lead in delivering the objectives outlined on the data governance roadmap for the Group Functions Segment.
Work with the DEG Team and global counterparts to promote a data driven culture through data literacy programs and best practices.
Develop content and conduct training sessions, maturity assessment workshops, as well as the development and implementation of communication plan.
Lead / take part in initiatives and BAU activities of the Group Functions DEG Team.

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
At least 3-5 years of experience in Data Governance
Strong written and verbal communication skills, experience in creating content and presenting to senior management teams.
Ability to lead productive collaboration meetings with diverse global stakeholder group remotely, including both technical and non-technical audiences using Agile framework.
Amenable to work UP Ayala Technohub (Quezon City)
Amenable to work on a hybrid set-up (3x a week onsite)
Amenable to work on a fixed night shift schedule (usual is 8pm to 5am PH time)
