About this role
Role Overview
- Work on the development of highly complex technical solutions for the Omie system;
- Master the software backend architecture and be able to work within it by analyzing its components, organization and functionality;
- Ensure the use and application of best practices in test development (manual and automated) and in the implementation of software requirements;
- Identify and validate business and architectural solutions through communication and knowledge sharing with the development team;
- Participate in tactical and operational discussions and in defining the area’s annual goals related to technical matters, conducting feasibility studies and proof-of-concepts;
- Guide, train and collaborate with the development team to find business, architecture and design solutions through communication and knowledge dissemination;
- Ensure the achievement of the short
- and medium-term goals of the development team you are supporting, being able to adjust practices, standard procedures and task prioritization as required.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, other IT-related fields or Engineering is desirable;
- Desirable: Knowledge of ERP system functionalities;
- Knowledge of programming languages and development platforms (CoreBuilder, PHP, JavaScript, Python, Node, C#);
- Knowledge of relational databases (Microsoft SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL);
- Knowledge of cloud platform services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud);
- Familiarity with version control tools (Git, SVN);
- Experience writing unit tests;
- Understanding of the fundamental principles behind scalable applications;
- Development following OWASP guidelines (https://owasp.org/);
- Experience in customer support or service areas;
- Experience working in a team;
- Strong verbal and written communication skills;
- Intermediate English;
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the area.
