Play a key role in upcoming transformation and migration initiatives, including system consolidations and the transition to SAP S/4HANA
Take on project-related and support activities within the SAP HR Payroll environment
Configure payroll schemas and rules in the Payroll (PY) module
Being responsible for the customizing of the Payroll (PY) module
Analyze end-to-end or partial processes and identify opportunities for improvement
Support the team as an SAP Application Consultant (m/f/d) in both further developing and operating the existing system landscape
Translate business requirements into effective and tailored SAP software solutions
Provide technical consulting to our internal HR stakeholders.
Requirements
Degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable field of study – alternatively, a relevant vocational qualification with professional experience
Solid expertise in SAP HR Payroll, experience with schemas and rules configuration
Excellent German and good English communication skills, both written and spoken
Strong analytical and conceptual abilities, paired with an independent and reliable working style
High degree of results orientation, initiative, communication skills, and persuasive ability
Strong personal motivation and willingness to continuously develop your skills.
