We are seeking a Product Owner to work on implementing in-store projects, focusing on improvements in the checkout area, operational processes, and customer service tools.
This position will be responsible for ensuring that solutions and improvements are implemented efficiently in operations, ensuring smooth store processes and excellence in the customer experience.
Main responsibilities:
Act as PO and lead projects aimed at improving:
Checkout operations (systems, queuing, counters, and communication);
Store back-office processes (replenishment, pricing, etc.);
The in-store sales associates' app focused on customer service.
Translate operational needs into clear requirements for technology, architecture, and operations;
Plan, monitor, and execute projects (pilots and rollouts);
Ensure solutions are aligned with the realities of store operations;
Track performance indicators and day-to-day store operations to ensure excellence in projects and implementations;
Work closely with Operations and IT teams;
Identify continuous improvement opportunities in the in-store customer journey.
Requirements
University degree (completed);
Experience as a Product Owner or in project management;
Experience in retail/in-store operations;
Strong analytical skills;
Ability to communicate with technical and operations teams;
Availability for frequent store visits.
