Map and analyze innovation opportunities in products, services, processes and business models, aligned with the organizational strategy.
Monitor and engage with the innovation ecosystem, including startups, accelerators, hubs, universities, corporate ventures and tech communities.
Support the structuring and execution of open innovation initiatives, strategic partnerships, pilots, PoCs and MVPs.
Conduct or support market research, benchmarking, startup scouting and analysis of technology and business trends.
Support processes related to Venture Capital, Corporate Venture Capital (CVC) and startup acquisitions, including preliminary opportunity analysis, strategic fit, synergies and risks.
Work collaboratively with Product, Architecture, Technology, Data, Legal and Finance teams, ensuring the technical, strategic and regulatory feasibility of initiatives.
Facilitate ideation, discovery, design thinking and co-creation workshops, connecting internal teams and external partners.
Support the definition and evolution of innovation roadmaps, connecting internal initiatives, open innovation and external opportunities.
Track and support the measurement of results, learnings and impact of innovation initiatives, aiding decisions on continuation, scaling or discontinuation.
Contribute to spreading a culture of innovation and an entrepreneurial mindset across the organization.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor's degree completed.
Experience: Experience in activities related to innovation, product, digital transformation or related areas.
Strategic curiosity and market awareness.
Analytical ability and critical thinking.
Communication, stakeholder engagement and relationship-building with internal and external stakeholders.
Adaptability, autonomy and results orientation.
Entrepreneurial and collaborative mindset.
Knowledge of innovation methodologies and practices such as Design Thinking, Lean Startup, Design Sprint, discovery and experimentation.
Fluency in the innovation ecosystem, including startups, accelerators, incubators, innovation hubs, tech communities and entrepreneurship environments.
Solid understanding of Venture Capital, Corporate Venture Capital (CVC), open innovation and startup investment models.
Familiarity with scouting, evaluation and acquisition processes for startups, including analysis of strategic fit, synergies, risks and initial integration.
Knowledge of product and innovation management, including ideation, hypothesis validation, MVPs and solution evolution.
Basic understanding of Enterprise and Solution Architecture, understanding technical impacts and dependencies when implementing innovative initiatives.
Basic knowledge of digital technologies such as cloud, data, automation, APIs, AI and analytics.
Experience with collaborative and management tools such as Miro, Jira, Confluence, Trello or similar.
Familiarity with innovation, learning and value metrics, supporting impact assessment and decision-making.
Ability to operate in complex, regulated and constantly changing environments, dealing with uncertainty and multiple stakeholders.
